Is there a minimum age to rent a car?
Yes, at rentitpapas.gr, the minimum age is 23, except for the special categories V7 (7-seat Van), V9 (9-seat Van), and L (Luxury), for which the minimum age is 25. A necessary requirement is that your driver’s license must have been issued at least one year ago.
What documents do I need for my first rental?
You will need to have your ID card or passport (original documents, not copies or photocopies) and a valid driver’s license (Greek, European, or International), which must have been issued at least one year ago. Additionally, a debit or credit card is required, even if you pay using another method.
Can I add a second driver to the rental?
Of course! Just inform the company so it can be recorded in the contract. The second driver assumes full responsibility for any damage that may occur while driving.
When can I pick up the car?
Pick-up is available during the company’s working hours (08:00-20:00). Pick-ups outside of working hours are only available by prior arrangement and may incur an additional charge.
What if I don’t pick up the car on time?
You have up to one hour after the arrival of your flight or ferry to pick it up, provided you have informed us in advance. If no prior notice is given, the company is not obliged to hold your reservation or refund the payment. If you return the vehicle early, no refunds are provided.
How do I make the payment for the rental?

The reservation is confirmed after the deposit is made. If no deposit is made 48 hours before vehicle delivery, the reservation is automatically canceled.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel for free up to 7 days before the booking date. If the cancellation is made later, 10% of the total charge will be withheld. You can also modify your reservation after contacting us, depending on availability.
