RENTER / DRIVER AGE
Driver must be at least 23 years old for all categories except V7 (Van 7 seats), V9 (Van 9 seats) and L (Luxury) for which it is required to be at least 25 years old.
DRIVING LICENSE
The driver must have a Greek driving license or another country Member State or international with a date of issue of at least one year in advance.

CAR RENTAL
Car rental is calculated every 24 hours, further delay is charged with an additional day.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Change of reservation can be made upon contact and involves the calculation of the price again, according to the available vehicles, at the prices currently in force. In case of cancellation if 7 days in advance there is no charge otherwise 10% of the total charge is withheld.
OUT HOUR DELIVERY / RECEIPT
08.00 – 20.00. In case of delivery or pick-up of an overtime vehicle there may be an additional charge.
EARLY RETURN
If the car is returned earlier than the date of booking there will be a refund.
SHIP TRANSPORTATION
Rent it Papas written approval is required for the car transfer by ship.
OUTLINE RENTAL
Renting a vehicle outside the borders of Greece is allowed only with the written approval of Rent it Papas.

Fines and any other infringements are the sole responsibility of the tenant.
THEFT (TP) SECURITY
Included in the cost In case of theft or fire, you should call the police and report the incident immediately, then file a copy of the police report with the rental contract. and vehicle keys to the rental company. The insurance coverage does not relieve you in case of partial theft or damage caused by attempted theft (the amount of liability exemption applies). Theft Insurance coverage does not apply beyond the rental period agreed with the local rental company. Theft insurance
Covers the tenant for full and partial loss of the car. However, he will have to pay the amount of liability for damage that is up to € 500 for categories A, B, € 700 for categories C, CD, FS, FC, € 900 for categories F, D, SW and 1300 € for the other cars of the categories L, V7, V9.
What it does not cover:
Theft of all or part of the car caused by the negligence of the tenant (e.g. . leave the key in the engine or in the car, or leave the car unlocked.
Cost:
If not included in the price is 4 € per day for categories A, B, 5 € for categories C, CD, FS, FC, 8 € for the categories F, D, SW and 10 € for the rest of the cars of the categories L, V7, V9
MIXED SAFETY
Known as: CD W or LDW.
What does it cover?
In the event of a damage to Rent it Papas vehicle, the tenant is covered for the cost of the repair. However, you will have to pay the amount of liability for damage that is up to € 500 for categories A, B, € 700 for categories C, CD, FS, FC, € 900 for categories F, D, SW and € 1300 for the other cars of categories L, V7, V9, regardless of the fault of the tenant. The amount of liability includes repair, storage and loss of car use costs. When and if Rent it Papas is compensated for the damage, then it will return the corresponding amount to the tenant.
What it does not cover?
Damages caused by intent or negligence
Damage caused by misuse of fuel
Damage caused by breach of contract
Damage caused by bottom, roof, antenna, mirrors
and tires of the car or during the time when the
car of Rent it Papas was on a boat
Cost:
If it is not included in the price it is 7 € per day for categories A, B, 7 € for the categories C, CD, FS, FC, 12 € for the categories F, D, SW and 15 € for the rest of the cars of the categories L, V7, V9
Fuels
The cost of fuel is borne exclusively by the tenant. The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle with the contents of the tank being the same as when he received it. Otherwise it is charged with the amount of fuel consumed. The lessee is obliged to follow the construction specifications of the rented motorcycle and to fill the tank with the type of fuel required each time.

It is up to 500 € for categories A, B, 700 € for categories C, CD, FS, FC, 900 € for for the categories F, D, SW and 1300 € for the rest of the cars of the categories L, V7, V9.
Delivery – Collection
It is done only at our station and within its operating hours. Except during business hours and public holidays, delivery and pick-up is only possible by appointment and at an additional cost to the tenant. .Receipts outside our station are made by agreement and at an additional charge borne by the tenant.
Traffic Violations – Fines
All fines and administrative penalties are charged to the tenant.
Kilometers
150 km per day for up to 3 days rental applies to all categories. For rentals of 4 days or more the kilometers are unlimited-free.
