No, the reservation is made for a specific car category, which includes several models with similar features. You can state your preference upon receipt of the car and if there is availability we will serve you.

The minimum rental period is 30 minutes and the maximum is thirty (30) days.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards are accepted.

You can only change the dates, times and the point of receipt - if the change is for a service point in the same prefecture - up to 2 hours before the start of your booking. You can change your reservation by selecting the "Cancellation / Modification" field in the online booking section on the home page by entering the Registration Number (eg ABCD01012001) and the name of the driver you stated in the original booking. Each reservation may be modified up to three (3) times.

A change in the reservation details implies a recalculation of the price based on the prices currently in force, the availability of vehicles, the point of return, etc.

In reservations which should be checked for availability of the car category (on request) you can not modify the details of your reservation, except for the delivery / receipt points and only if it is a service point in same prefecture.

Change to car category or driver / credit card details can not be made. In this case please cancel your reservation and make a new one, knowing that in any case the reservation cancellation policy applies.

You can cancel your reservation up to 5 minutes before the time of receipt of the car you have stated in your reservation. For prepaid bookings, if you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the start of the rental, the full amount of the booking will be refunded to your card. Otherwise, the amount of the reservation will be refunded to your card, reduced by the late cancellation charge of € 30 plus VAT, within two (2) working days. In case you make a prepaid reservation within 48 hours from the start of the rental, and then canceled, then the card will be refunded the amount of the reservation reduced by the late cancellation charge € 30 plus VAT.

In reservations where payment is made upon receipt of the car, cancellation is allowed until the start of the rental free of charge.
